Check the equipment model, dimensions, power arrangement and the attachments or accessories included. Resolve differences between the requested and offered configuration before ordering.
Check the supplied documentation
Ask which technical sheets, operating instructions and model-specific conformity documents are available for the destination market. Do not assume that one document applies to every configuration.
Review delivery responsibilities
Agree on quantities, packing, destination, delivery terms and the expected schedule. Confirm any installation, commissioning or unloading responsibilities in writing.
Clarify after-sales arrangements
Ask how parts identification, maintenance information and support requests will be handled. Keep the agreed warranty and service terms with the order documents.
