Share the typical load weight, dimensions and centre of gravity information available to you. Mention any unusual loads, attachments or handling restrictions.
Map the working environment
Include the required lift height, rack arrangement, clear aisle width and doorway dimensions. Explain whether the equipment will operate indoors, outdoors or across both areas.
Plan the power and duty cycle
Describe working hours, shift patterns and the charging or fuel arrangements available on site. Final suitability is assessed against the proposed equipment specification.
Add the commercial details
List the quantity, destination and preferred delivery schedule. Confirm the final model, documentation, packing, delivery terms and support arrangements before ordering.
